City of Hammond Proposition 1

Shall the City of Hammond Home Rule Charter be amended to add the following Section 2-18:
The City Council may remove the police chief by the vote of not less than three members at a regular meeting of the Council or at a special meeting of the Council called for that purpose?

The Citizens for a Better Hammond is a group of concerned citizens whose purpose is to face the challenges within our community and to bring awareness to the citizens.
